This is super easy and really yummy. :) I make it all the time...

You'll Need:
*Soft Tortilla's
*Nutella (or another chocolate spread or peanut butter but I hate peanut butter so I use Nutella)
*Fruit that goes well with chocolate (I like strawberries and banana's)

Steps:

1) spread the chocolate or peanut butter on your tortilla.
2) slice your fruit.
3) place fruit on the tortilla.
4) roll up the tortilla.
5) eat and enjoy the tortilla.

I took an old recipe and swapped it up and did different things and made my own food invention.

Ingredients:

1 Cup dry oatmeal (so oats)
1/2 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Stir all ingredients together. I preheat oven AFTER I've mixed the ingredients because then I let them cool in the fridge first. Once oven is heated, roll up the balls into 1" by 1" sizes. Place tinfoil over a cookie tray and grease (I use butter). Place balls on tray and place in oven at 340 for 5 or 6 minutes. Balls will be soft once taken out of the oven, so place in a covered plastic container and put in fridge for half an hour or until cooked and chocolate chips have hardened again. Eat and enjoy!

Warning: These are highly addictive!! I made THREE batches in only TWO days!!!

Haley S (haleyjs) They both look amazing! And OMG I love baking so I love this thread!

Easy Banana Muffins
2 cups 1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup 2 tbsp brown sugar
3/4 white sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup nuts*optional*
I cup chocolate chips*mini work the best*
6 bananas, mashed
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs

Mix all dry ingredients together except chocolate chips and nuts. Blend the bananas, oil, and egg together in another bowl. Fold dry mixture into banana mixture. Add chips and nuts together. Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray muffins pans and fill. Bake for twenty minutes. Watch them throughout baking time. Each oven is different. Insert toothpick and when it comes out dry...wala it is done!

for some more banana treats,

banana[s]
yogurt
sliced almonds
cinnamon

take a banana[s] and cut each banana in half or thirds, depending on how big it is. Mix yogurt and almonds and sprinkle cinnamon on them and mix with a spoon. roll the banana[s] in the mixture so that it is completely covered. Stick a popsicle stick in one end of the banana and place in freezer.

Enjoy :))

Anna Here is a really good whole wheat bread recipe:

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups of warm water (to the touch feels not too hot, not too cold)
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/3 cup of honey
2 teaspoons of salt
2 Tablespoons of yeast
Around 5-5 1/2 or more cups of whole wheat flour

Directions:

Mix the first five ingredients together in a the bowl of a kitchen aid mixer and let them sit for five minutes until the yeast is bubbly. Add the flour and knead on low until it forms a dough texture. You may need more flour.
Take the dough out and separate it into two parts. Form each part into a loaf shape and place each into a sprayed loaf pan. Cover with a clean towel and let rise for about 45 minutes.
Once it has risen, uncover and cook for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
Enjoy!
