Thanks for your reviews of this book, Don. I'm going to be eating this way for awhile and hoped the recipes would be good. I've tried other "healthy" vegan recipes and found the flavors disappointing.

I made the white bean chili last night (without the jalapeño or cilantro, which I did not have). I liked the lime and green chili flavors, and really enjoyed the hominy. This may make my regular rotation.
