I think that if an author has never been published in English or any other Latin-lettered language, there is no need to use an English version of their name. This ruling was made a long time ago by rivka, though I no longer have the link. Are you following a newer ruling?

Some editions had the Latin name so I aligned all editions to include it. I did not feel brave enough to delete the Latin name from all editions.
