YA Fantasy - Girl with Healing Powers is friends with a Goblin? Read 2022-2025. Spoiler.

I remember so much from this book in pieces, but keep getting pointed to Wings by Aprilynne Pike and The Princess and the Goblin - Both are NOT it. I read this book within the last 3 years.
What I can remember:
1) She is a school aged girl, and is friends with a goblin or some sort of short fantasy creature. His species does not like humans, and they're all out in the woods somewhere and they sneak off an meet in some cave or cliff.
2) Goblin friend gives her some rare thing from his people - Jewel or Potion that she can sell for money but has to not get caught doing it.
3) She lives with her dad, who I think is distracted or distant
4) There's a boy that's a bully-like character - I think she broke his arm at one point? and then heals it? IDK
5) I remember a light/orb thing that may or may not have spoken to here
6) I also remember a scene where there were a couple that couldn't speak English, they were some very small fantasy creature, and I believe she was helping the woman creature give birth. I remember it being very emotional and she had to heal the baby because it was dying or something.

I remember her being taken to another place at the end, maybe she was injured, and she finds out that she is some sort of sprite or fairy. She's special, but she choses to go back to her father.
