Last nominations of 2025! Let's keep it rolling with authors whose last names begin with E.

Couple of things:
A) If you need a bit of help, you can find lots of E authors at SYKM, here:
https://www.stopyourekillingme.com/E_...

B) As usual, do NOT nominate your own books, and also as usual, if your book wins the vote, you will be the moderator for that particular discussion.

Have fun!

Sarah | 5 comments I love anything by Martin Edwards, and will nominate his first novel, "All the Lonely People," which won the John Creasey Memorial Dagger Award given by the Crime Writers Association for best first crime novel of the year in 1991. It was also republished in 2012. This book starts a series featuring Harry Devlin, a lawyer from Liverpool.

message 3: by Deborah (new)

Deborah Walter | 5 comments I love anything Janet Evanovitch - the new Steph. Plum one - 31 something (?)

message 5: by Messina (new)

Messina Cayton | 1 comments All The Pretty Girls by J.T. Ellison

message 6: by Sonny (new)

Sonny Hudson | 1 comments Discipline by Marc Avery Philly-based indie author that is crushing it on the circuit. His books have a 'Criminal Minds' vibe and I highly recommend

message 7: by Erica (new)

Erica S. | 1 comments I’d like to nominate Self-Inflicted by Edward Correia.

A timely political thriller where President Melissa Harding faces both a deadly pandemic and the fallout of climate change, while battling division in Congress and the courts. Smart, tense, and thought-provoking, it shows how our biggest challenges can be self-inflicted.

message 8: by Ethan (new)

Ethan Michaels | 1 comments "Digital Fortress" by Dan Brown.
This is his 1st.
His 1st & 3rd are consistently overlooked; such a shame- they're both solid thrillers, and engaging reads.

Tom Mathews | 1002 comments I'd like to nominate The Big Nowhere, by James Ellroy. His L.A. Quartet is a seminal work of Los Angeles crime fiction and this is the second book in that series, following The Black Dahlia.

I'm pretty sure we just read that one in this group but not sure where to find the list (also last name doesn't start with an E)
