I couldn't find #3's ISBN on the ISBN lookup search site that I use, Google searching resulted in three separate books that are not Nineteen Eighty-Three, I couldn't find it anywhere on the publisher site, and the date doesn't match up with the other published editions. The only source I could find for it is WorldCat, but the WorldCat page doesn't even spell the title right or have a date that matches the edition on Goodreads. Are we 100% sure this one is legitimate?

We are not 100% sure it is illegitimate. If the ISBN was owned by a different organization I wouldn't hesitate, but as it is, who knows.
