SOLVED. Adult Vampire(ish) Post-Apocalyptic book with an Underground Society

Hey everyone! I’m trying to remember the name of a YA/dystopian book I read back in high school (sometime between 2015–2019), and it’s been driving me crazy. Here’s what I remember:

- The world has been taken over by vampire-like creatures that crave blood (I don't think they're called vampires, but I can't remember the name for them).
- Humans live underground to survive.
- The main character is a girl who was experimented on as a child and is half vampire, but doesn't remember any of it at first — I think her memories of the experiments slowly starting coming back later.
- She’s sent above ground to survive towards the beginning of the book I believe, and realizes that there's a compound of humans already living above ground.
- She realizes later on after being bit by one of the vampire creatures, that she's immune to their bite.
- There’s a love triangle between her, a human, and another half-vampire — I think the other half-vampire might’ve been her childhood friend that was also experimented on (she doesn't remember him).
- It was probably marketed as YA and might’ve been part of a series.
- I don't remember what the cover looks like, and I believe I read it on my Kindle.
- It’s not The Immortal Rules, The Farm, or Enclave.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance — it’s been driving me crazy trying to remember this one! 😅
