Combining paperback and ebook editions of my most recent book

I have made a request on my author page to have Goodreads combine the ebook and paperback editions of my book, The Blood of Others. When I made the request yesterday, I received an automated message that it would take 15 minutes to process, but the combination has still not occurred. How do I need to follow up to ensure this is done?
