Life Before Death:
Jest, before his death, was a stage entertainer and writer and had a large following. He was also known for his unjust actions though, and went through much controversy. He committed many crimes like fraud, theft, and even murder all to protect his image.

Cause of Death: Shot down during a stage production
Arrival in Hell: He was initially flabbergasted due to his death, so he didn't know how to react. But once reality hit, he became grateful.

Current Life: Protects the Hotel and it's residents while also performing on stage in search of huge popularity but also wants to destroy the Vees and their reputation. He's friends with Alastor, Niffty, Cherri and Charlie.

Herron was born in hell, His loyalty to his own, a strict code of honor, and a reputation for swift, poetic justice causes people to befriend him he has a small “gang” that calls themselves the isles. Appearance
Dr. Loom has a design that is lanky and surprisingly similar facial details to Alastor such as eyes and head shape. She keeps a subtle smile and has regular brown eyes for a majority of her time spent. Her hair is pure white with thick streaks of brown highlights and tied in a bun with a long syringe resembling as some sort of replacement for a hairpin. She is seen in a lab coat with thick, leather buckled restrains wrapped around-as if she isn't capable of changing clothes. Typically, she carries a doctor's bag with her, which can hold what seems to be an endless supply of medical equipment. Her posture is very straight and is significantly taller compared to most girls but not as tall as people such as Val or Carmine. She is also seen often with her assistant, Frankie, (I could make an OC sheet for him if you want), alongside her feet or sitting on her shoulder.

Personality
Core Traits: She is a very blunt and straight forward character, it is obvious she has lack of social interaction or need to socially interact. She speaks in a way where it consistently seems insulting or mocking but is just her speaking her mind. She can occasionally get witty but has no charisma and doesn't understand social ques as easily. It seems to others she looks as a very eerie presence but is also very relaxed and never really expressive in emotions. Unlike many around her, she doesn't like the use of technology. Besides medical equipment, the most techological advance she uses is a beeper with her assistant Frankie. There's often times where the mere noise of television or even video recording on her phone aggravates her. Even though it's not shown well, she loves to work and also make temporary deals with patients that always ends up with one body in her hands. She enjoys the work she does as well as being offered exploration but not to an extent where her possibilities become endless. She also dislikes the idea of working with others and having others try to involve her skills for, what she will state, is a malicious or selfish purpose (which is strange considering her form of payment from clients are corpses) Due to her weakness in understand social interaction, she often times lead to moments where she faces aggression and continously questions why people behave this way-ignorant of how she should word her statements. Whenever seemingly wary or in a negative mood-lights flicker and can even shut off completely depending how intense she feels.

Past In life, Dr. Loom had the same personality but had a very distaste for publicity and journalists. She sees them as money grabbers trying to use her to boost their own superiority. She also had a huge distate in people who'd thank god rather than thank her and her medical team (which happens a lot). Eventually, people started revisting her office consistently and she saw them to be abusing their bodies. At some point in time-Dr. Loom started slowly becoming a massive serial killer during her practices and works-even experimenting on some of the victims bodies that she had access to. It's obvious that she strangely enjoys being able to work with limititations rather than having free reign. Eventually, her and her assistant Frankie were sentenced to death in where she waited 14 years to be executed by lethal injection alongside her assistant. While waiting, they eventually needed to restrain Dr. Loom and strap her mouth shut due to her "insufferable comments" up until her execution day.

Natural Abilities: Being a surgeon, she is very well skilled and updated to features-seemingly being able to perform several operations at the same time at a quick rate. She also has a tendency to point out medical issues or health-related comments due to simply observing someone.
Unique Powers: Her voice can have a ghostly echo when empathesising a statement alongside with her eyes becoming black with a blue glow instead of normal brown eyes. Any negative feelings on her mind also let lights or technology flicker around her. The intensity depends on what the light surrounds as well as the scale of emotion she feels.
Combat Style: Dr. Loom is most trained in using medical equipment. With her main weapon being syringes, a defibillator, or a bone saw. There is a high tendency for her to trick others and even using syringes as an illusion of strong sutures that she can use to wrap and rerstrain the bodies. She also has a tendency to fight in a dark environment and put her opponents in a 'spotlight' and even use acupuncture if she wants to be gentle.

Relationships
Dr. Loom is an asexual with little friends and people she doesn't necessarily see as enemies but simply dislikes some of their personality traits. Dr. Loom would most likely be close to people such as Husk from his forward personality, Angel Dust from her interest of the medical state of his body (even with some of his traits still annoying her), Nifty due to her reminder of her assistant Frankie, and Rosie due to her business interactions with her (sells her body parts). Many showy or theatrical people she tends to dislike or have struggle getting along with such as Charlie, Alastor, the Vees', and even Rosie as well. She doesn't seem to purposefully go against them but definitely points out whenever one of those traits are starting to bother her.

She has a formal yet bland tone which depending on the perspective that matches both her personality and appearance can appear different emotion based on other perspectives. The most consistent statements she makes is usually related to medical terms or simply calling for Frankie.

Fun Fact: The reason why lights tend to flicker while Dr. Loom is feeling negative in any way is due to her prison cell having a shoddy light and flickering for years. It somewhat drove her crazy due to the inconsistency and elevated her desire to go into the afterlife more.
