A childrens book where the main character was a orange tiger? i think that moved schools and didn't fit in. It must have been in asia because he didnt know how to use chopsticks and was using unconvential methods until another kid showed him how to use them and helped him fit in and they became friends.

This book is roman empire but im questioning my sanity at this point because i dont remember if i read it or it was a dream or tv show
