Fictional book set in England about passengers on a train with a suicide bomber (adult, suspense?)

The book was set in present-day England and centred around the passengers of a morning train. It switched POVs between around 6 different characters. One of the characters is a young lad who's secretly carrying a bomb and is trying to work himself up to detonating it. We also get some POV of his sister, who is at home and tries to warn the police when she discovers evidence of his plan.
Other passengers include a young man on his way to an interview (the opening scene of the book is him running for the train as he almost misses it iirc), a black girl he sits next to and befriends, some women having a business meeting, a lone woman who is suspicious of the potential bomber, and a bigoted man on holiday travelling with his wife and kids.
Not 100% sure what genre it would fall under. It is quite suspenseful but mainly focuses on human emotion and connection, with a lot of social commentary undertones.
I remember how the plot plays out and the ending but won't spoil that here.
