We actually have a fairly long thread about video games. The title might not be the most descriptive but you can go comment here.https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...

The Starless Sea features a character who draws inspiration from video games. I thought it was an interesting concept.

I was exploring the group structure and noticed there’s space for TV and movie discussions — which is great — but I was surprised not to see a section for video games.
For me, games have become one of the most powerful ways to tell science-fiction and fantasy stories today. Titles like Mass Effect, Hades, The Legend of Zelda, or Baldur’s Gate 3 often reach the same emotional and narrative depth as books or films.
Am I the only one who feels that games deserve a place here too?
Maybe we could start chatting about it right in this topic — how games inspire us, what worlds or characters have stayed with you, or how they’ve even influenced your reading tastes.
What do you think? :)
