A Scandalous VentureIf you’re open to historical romance, I’d love to recommend my own novel A Scandalous Venture. It’s full of forbidden love, high-society drama, and a slow-burn romance that builds over time. No smut, just lots of tension, stolen glances, and scandal. It’s my newest release and perfect if you enjoy romance with a touch of intrigue.

A friend of mine wants to give reading a try for the very first time. He’s an adult and still exploring what genres might appeal to him. I’m looking for recommendations for short, engaging books that could be a great starting point, something that draws him in quickly without being overwhelming.
Any suggestions are very welcome! 🥹🩷
