Adding details to new book already in database with no author listed

Hi there. This is my book (as illustrator). It has the wrong cover and no author or illustrator details. How can I add them? This cover was never printed - it was a rough on which the final art was based. I can supply the high resolution cover art. Thanks for your assistance.
