Adding a new book with a different name

How do I add a book that is under a different abbreviation of my name than another book that I already published? I changed my existing author profile to be the new name that I plan to use moving forward. However, when I went to add my book (which is already showing up on Goodreads) I can't add it and instead, I accidently added two new books with the same name that I now need to combine and delete (which I also cannot figure out). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Which name do you intend to use? The full name or the initials?

I'm assuming the new name will be the initials.

Also when using initials, you always need to add the period on amazon, just like on the cover of the new book, otherwise the book won't auto-import to your profile.

Removed all the duplicate books.

To change your Goodreads Author profile to the initials you'll need to contact support, as librarians can't edit GR author profiles.
