Combine 2 Editions, Wrong Author Name

Hello--I'm working with a publisher who recently published my book on Amazon via KDP. Goodreads now shows the book's Kindle and Paperback editions as two separate books, and I'd like to combine them as editions.

The Kindle edition also uses the wrong author name, Benjamin Allee, which I'd like to be changed to reflect the paperback author name, Benjamin Ray Allee. Lastly, the paperback copy is missing the book's description, which somehow got added to the Kindle edition alone--I'd like this description to be added to the paperback entry as well.

As the book cover shows Benjamin Ray Allee, that is the name we would have to use anyway. Please correct it on Amazon.
