Delete a slandering review

How do I get a 1 star review taken down. The one that’s listed under my book is full of lies it’s purposely slandering to try to bring down our star rating. The girl contacted us in advance threatening to do it then did. I’ve asked about 5 times to have it removed and have been ignored. What she did violates your policies. Can someone please remove it!
