It was her issues with Noah and the availability of the booze and Luke. If Noah wasn't being such an a-- I don't think she would have gotten drunk. The picture reminded Josie that her upbringing in not who she is. She came from a loving family and is supported.
I agree, Anita. It was a conflation of all of these things that had her lapse. I felt bad for her and loved how Trinity’s intervention made such a difference. It’s going to take time and I know she’ll get there. But, this may come back and haunt her.
Josie is still coming to terms with her whole life being a lie. She will eventually get there, but it takes time. She will eventually realize that while her childhood was crappy, that isn't who she is. She gets to determine who she is.
Noah's actions made her question whether she would ever be "the one" for a man. Everyone important to her pushes her away for one reason or another. It always comes at a time when her partner is struggling with something. I believe this and everything else in her personal life gave her an excuse to slip. She felt she wasn't good enough for anyone.I loved how Trinity came to her.
Trinity coming to her solidified in my mind that they now have a bond that’s continuing to develop. I like that aspect.
