My author profile has been claimed (not by me?)

Unfortunately librarians do not have any control over or access to claimed profiles. Please write back to Support from an email they sent you.

Ask them if they will remove your Goodreads Author status from that profile. That is something you are entitled to do as an author.
You can attach a photo of your ID to the email. Then, you can claim the profile with your preferred email.

Sometimes publishers or assistants claim author profiles on the author's behalf and never give the information to the author, or the person who was in charge of it leaves the company, etc. Who knows what happened, but you can tell them that is a possibility as well.
