Cass stepped into the dorm, letting the door swing shut behind him with a soft thud. The place was sparse, just a bed, a desk, and a closet, but that was fine by him—he wasn’t here to get comfortable. Tossing his worn duffel bag onto the bed furthest from the window, he took a slow lap around the room, fingers brushing against the desk’s chipped edges and the wall’s peeling paint. He pulled out a battered leather journal from his bag, placing it on the nightstand like it belonged there, then slung his jacket over the chair with a casual claim of territory. With a sharp glance around, Cass smirked to himself. Not bad. It’ll do.
Odette sashayed into the dorm, stopping in her tracks when she saw a male there, leaning against the window, staring at her.
"Are you lost?" He asked, frowning and Odette felt that he wasn't a vamp, but a werewolf.
"I was assigned this room so take your ugly arse out," Odette said calmly, placing her designer bag on the desk. He was definitely attractive, with his strong cheekbones, full lips and that scar, too.
"Sweetheart, I got this room," The male said, lifting an eyebrow. "Anyway, since you don't have proper manners, I'm Cassian Draeven."
"Odette Montague," Odette said stiffly, seemingly uncomfortable.
"Are you lost?" He asked, frowning and Odette felt that he wasn't a vamp, but a werewolf.
