[ANSWERED] Question for superlibrarians re: Separation

Just wanted to ask since it would be a huge help given the current rampage of invalid merges that the Goodreads bot is going on: is it still possible for superlibrarians to separate one edition into two, or has that ability been turned off due to the recent changes to how Goodreads deals with ASINs?

I'm not sure what you mean by "separate one edition into two". If you mean move the ISBN, than no, Superlibrarians cannot handle ISBN issues.

I read the librarian manual a little more closely and it turns out I was misunderstanding what separating is. I thought it was undoing a merge, but it's actually undoing a combine. Good to keep in mind.

Sucks that the bot is just completely destroying the Goodreads database. I really don't think the site will be able to recover from this.
