A good reminder, Anupama. The easy point getters are exactly what they say - easy! Some are very short, you could read them during a coffee or lunch break. (But keep count of how many you read, maximum 10.)

I found a lot of the celebrations at my Dad's place quite overstimulating sensory-wise (noise, lights, heat, social expectations)...so I spent a lot of the day isolating by myself, reading. That's why for the high score for today.

Happy Holidays to everyone! [between my hosting the Christmas feast this year, after which I'd need at least two more days of peace, and half of my Orthodox friends still adamant on celebrating on January 6th, and Hanukkah still happening as we speak, in my mind it's not too late for wishes yet]
I've finally updated message 13
Thanks, Marina.❗️A little reminder to everyone - please post any other books you have finished, as soon as possible. In previous years there have been problems with Goodreads at New Year, as many people are finishing challenges & preparing for new ones & the system gets overloaded. Obviously, it’s easier for me to update scores too, so I’m grateful that most people are keeping their posts up to date.
Enjoy the rest of the holidays.
Thanks for the info, Tr1sha. In order to help you out, here's what I'll do...I'll work out what I'll be reading for the rest of the year & put the details in my post.

That’s a kind offer, Richard. But you always post on time & your clock will ensure you stop reading long before most of us!
Thanks for the updates & all of your reading everyone. I’m still finishing a book (it’s only around 3pm here, so there’s time…)Happy New Year to all the team & your families.

A big thanks to our prefect Tr1sha for handling all the logistics! Amazing job, especially since it's her first time being a prefect for this challenge!
♦️👏👏👏♦️
I appreciate your comments, but thanks are due to everyone who read & gained points for the team despite numerous other commitments. The final updates on the spreadsheet still have to be done, so remember to check for the results once all teams have posted.
Thanks Tr1sha for your hard work and everyone that was part of our great team.I had lots of fun, and enjoyed specially the monthly challenges and easy point getters! I hope we all can join again for the next one.
Happy 2025!!
Yes Ali - well done team & especially well done Richard. Thank you to everyone who helped to add a lot of points for the team.
Tori has posted the results! Thank you to everyone who took part with such enthusiasm & for being a supportive team. Thanks to Richard - without you we would have struggled. But I’m grateful to everyone who gave up a lot of time to add points to our score. Enjoy your reading & I hope to see you in other challenges.
