New author looking for some feedback on my book! <3

I self-published a book through Amazon, and I'm trying to get my book out there. I'm also looking for some feedback on how people are receptive to it. The book is an autobiography about my life. From when I was a child dealing with sexual abuse, to all the other hardships I faced throughout the years including my addiction to drugs. I struggle to find the will to survive. But with perseverance and determination, I have overcome many obstacles along my path through life. This book I created in hopes of helping other people going through a rough time in their lives, giving hope to brighter days ahead. if anyone is interested the book is called The "Reimer" Reason: An Autobiography
