I didn’t love it, didn’t hate it. I quite enjoyed the MMC though, he was adorable! And I appreciated the Demon Slayer inspiration (loved the manga/anime), I definitely picked up on that before she mentioned that at the end.

I’ve read pretty much all of Clarissa Broadbent, including War of Lost Hearts, and highly recommend! The whole series was so good. I think the FMC was one that I actually liked and didn’t get annoyed with haha. Definitely support this as the next one!

I’ve been devouring books this month lol. Read some nice little fluff contemporaries, a non fiction (very out of character for me 😂), and now some dark fantasy. Collide, daydreamer, love the way you lie, fast like a girl, I read the first and I’m just getting to the half way point in the second book of the Court of Ravens series.

The Bridge Kingdom is on my TBR as well as One Dark Window! Look forward to reading those.

Reading has been so good for me in terms of staying off of social media.

Spark of the Everflame (all three of them) were SO GOOD. I inhaled those books in less than a week. I can’t wait for the final book to come out.

I’m going to throw in Thrum by Meg Smitherman. I came across it on instagram and it sounds super intriguing. Not heavy romance forward from what I’ve heard. But someone described it as gothic/horror/sci-fi/romance. It’s on KU.

Highly suggest the tt delete!! Or lock, I have screen time limits on it but I usually ignore them bc I can’t help myself LOL

I’ve been trying to bring my kindle with me where ever I go to get my reading time up… I was getting a new tattoo last weekend near my knee but it was also an emotional time in the book I was reading so I tried to pass off the tears being from the book and not the pain 😂
