best supplies for annotating?

i have been thinking abt starting to annotate my books but i want good quality stuff while it also not leaking through or anything so any specific brands you guys find really good for annotating?

I personally don't like marking on books with ink so I've gotten these https://www.aladin.co.kr/m/mproduct.a...
but I also love monami's highlighters and marker pens which don't bleed + have even tips and I use them for my bullet journals.
