Would a paperback edition of a book already published count. As I have a book I plan to buy when it’s published in paper back next year

As we say, "your challenge, your rules", so it counts if you want it to!

I’m reading Freaky Wedding by Amanda M Lee. I’ve been reading this paranormal series and enjoy her books. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...
Going with The Jinn Daughter by Rania Hanna
middle eastern folklore and legend mixed with magical realism and features a storytelling jinn whose job is to tell the stories of the dead
I have already read Emily Wilde’s Map of the Otherworld and it was excellent. It definitely did not suffer second book syndrome and I recommend it for anyone that enjoys the cozy fantasy reads.
The Secret Lives of Booksellers and Librarians: True Stories of the Magic of Reading by James Patterson and Matt Eversmann
I've already pre-ordered the fifth book in Catherine Cowles' Lost & Found series. I read the first four in December, and I'm ready for the brother who is a single dad to find love.
I read a book review in the Atlantic for a book being released this month called Forgottenness by a Ukrainian author named Tanja Maljartschuk (translation by ZeniaTompkins) that sounds so good, I've already preordered it.
Kind of tricky. Nicholas Sparks has a new book being released in September. Kathleen Glasgow has a new book being released in November.
I read The Trouble with You by Ellen Feldman which will be published this February. It would also work for a grieving character.https://cdnbookworm.blogspot.com/2024...
I just got an advance copy of Convergence Problems by Wole Talabi from Netgalley and will read it for this prompt.
“Fragile Designs” by Colleen Coble. She is a prolific writer who writes Christian mystery novels. This has a great twist at the end.
I have been looking forward to the release of The Women by Kristin Hannah (born in 1960, a leap year - in case you’re doing the February mini challenge) for several months, so I dove in as soon as it was released. As a female in the military, this book made me feel seen and I think it’s an important look at a time in our history that left many people feeling disillusioned and outcast.
I'm planning to read The Examiner by Janice Hallett. It won't be out until September, but I love her books so it's worth the wait
I'm looking forward to reading Brittney Griner's Coming Home, hearing her story about her time in a Russian prison.
The Invisible Man and His Soon-to-Be Wife Vol. 3 by Iwatobineko
4/5
Great, now I have to wait for Vol. 4.
I read I Hope This Doesn't Find You by Ann Liang. I liked it. I think this ending was less abrupt than her other novel This Time It's Real - however I just felt like it needed a bit more to wrap things up. Overall though a very enjoyable book.
For this prompt I've read The Curse of Penryth Hall
by Jess Armstrong Jess Armstrong
- This is her debut, and is first in a series - a great mystery!
I read Devourer of Men: A Captain Hook, Crocodile, and Wendy Darling Reimagining by Nikki St. Crowe Released today 5.14.24
