I am not really sure how to address this. Goodreads lists this book at 320 pages; this is not accurate. However, I am not sure which page count you want to go with. The book in my hand shows the last page to be 290. The last page printed in the book is 307 BUT those last pages are all an excerpt from another book. When I looked on WorldCat, they note that the excerpt starts on pages 295, but this is also not accurate; it starts on 293. Page 291 has a recipe conversion chart on it. Page 292 is blank.
