EDITED: isfdb cover alternatives, multiple publishers and multiple records

GENERAL RE-EDIT
This question had become a mess, so I re-edit for your sanity of mind.

I am trying to help a user who asked to add a Frankenstein edition from 1994.

First problem: covers from ISFDB are not allowed, so I asked her to send me a pic of her cover. I guess that's solved.


Second problem: different sources I checked gave different publishers. Solved finding the ISBN on Worldcat, where the publisher is listed as the one suggested by the user.

THIRD AND STILL UNSOLVED PROBLEM: I found a GR record without ISBN nor cover nor ratings, that looks like the one that the user would like to add. Same pages, publisher, year. What should I do? Create another one with the data the user gave me and merge them? Or add ISBN and cover to this one?

If the existing book record information is correct just add missing information to the existing record.
