Personally, I do. But regardless of everyone opinion, her books have gotten quite a lot of people back into reading again. Many readers have found other authors they enjoy because they started out with her books :)

I haven't read a full book but as someone who has survived abusive in both mentally, psychically, and a sexual way. I tried I no longer own it reading one of her books. I broke down and sent be in flashbacks.

No hate by why do people like her. She stood by her son who SA'd a girl and cut off all communication with her. Pissed off the deaf community by being tone deaf and made a coloring book about DV and romanticized all sorts of @busive relationships. Thats all I remember. She triggered me into flashbacks because of how she wrote. She makes me sick and when I see her books I wanna light it on fire.

I loved It starts with us/It ends with us, and throughly enjoyed Verity, but I am in the fence on Ugly Love.. it was toooooo let's say iffy because I can't think of a word. I have a few other books by her and I'm scared to pick them up....

As someone who started with Verity, I at first like it. But after reading more of her books I realized, How flawed these books are. Some of my classmates, STILL like her and man people do which I can't understand. I wanna know what ya'll think

I've read three of her books: Verity, It Ends With Us and It Starts With Us (in that order). I loved them all, so I've definitely become a fan and plan to read more of her books in the near future.

I agree, I think her books are a hit or miss. For those that like romance with a bit of smut they’d like at least one of her books for sure. I started off with Verity which is one of her best books imo and it’s spawned me to read others since 😭😭 but her books are definitely different from each other since some of them have been written from like 5 years ago compared to ones written more recently so you can see how she’s evolved.

Honestly im pretty indifferent on this i haven't looked in to it too much but im pretty sure she has done a few problematic things which have lead people to dislike her and then some people just dislike her books and writing. I have only read two Colleen Hoover books which are November 9 and It ends with us and i really enjoyed both books so as for her writing i have no issues with it but i don't know a lot about her as a person to give any further opinion on her.

The only book by Miss Coover I have read is Ugly Love and GIRL... Yeah It's going to take some convincing to read another one of her books. The spicy wasn't good enough to make me want to keep reading her books. (ㆆ_ㆆ)
