The last numbered page of the Polygon hardback edition of this book is the last page of the story text, which is p259. There is then one blank page and acknowledgements are on what would be p261. There are only blank pages after that. Source is the copy in my hands.

Also, the hardback and audiobook listings need merged with the ebook listing and publishing/author details added too!
