#1 - Did you change the cover or create an Alternate Cover Edition?
All that needed to be done was adding the page count and fixing that letter S. If you changed the cover then you need to change it back.
Edited to add: #1 fixed by another librarian. It is fine now.
Nothing needs to be done to it.
