She shrugged. "I'm pretty insane." As she leaned forwards, the cap was pulled back and her ram-like horns were revealed. She shrugged like it didn't matter much.

"Oh, I am. If a human stays too long in Veld, it changes them."

"I sort of changed the future of their world for the heck of it," she shrugged, "Did too much and interfered far too long."

Jordan shook his head "I can make portals, takes more effort then you but it is possible, once there, well I am not only a great mage, I am also incredibly smart"

"Modest, too."

Jordan raised an eyebrow "Whoever said that being modest is a virtue is an idiot" He told her

"It's a virtue only that if you don't annoy people, they won't kill you," she pointed out, "But yes, other than that, it's not really a grand virtue, is it?"

"Indeed, I am arrogant and cocky, why? Because I deserve to be, in all my years I have any met 2 people who have as much knowledge as I do in the arcane, though I might need to make that 3, though I don't know about you yet" He told her

"I have a variety of knowledge, yes, but not expert, I'd hope. I'd like to hope there's still more to learn, which is why I've resorted to illegalities to solve my questions."

"Oh there is always more to know, but I have reached a stage where it is all trivialities" he told her

She sighed. "That'll be sad day if I ever recognize that fact."

((She is, but she wants to think there's more to study out there.))

"Well, you can figure that out soon enough, go ahead and ask some questions." She rubbed horn, like it itched.

She answered flawlessly. Because Ilsa didn't really know, but Marah had to.

She sighed. "Perhaps there is more. Somewhere."

He looked at her "I will keep looking as well however I doubt it, as much as people deny it there is only so much knowledge in the multiverse" He told her

"There has to be something more... somewhere." She sighed longingly, leaning against one hand.

"Let me ask you a question, when was the last time you learned anything amazing about the arcane?" He asked with a smile
