Metaphors Galore!

I’m noticing that Emily Nagoski loves a good metaphor. Some of the ones I remember are

1. A rat wearing a jacket to symbolize arbitrary pairings or conditions for sexual arousal.

2. A rat smelling a lemon scent to symbolize the same.

3. A shower hose with differing water pressure and temperature to represent the importance of context for sexual experiences.

Feel free to add any that you come across as I’m finding them amusing (and a bit redundant if I’m honest).
