Female protagonist dies and goes to the afterlife where everyone is bald and they all sit in chambers all day watching back memories from when they were alive. They get hits on their memories as if they were youtube videos or something and they could buy and sell memories. Some romance- i think there's a guy who tries to help the girl escape from this never ending purgotary. Read sometime between 2008-2012, and i think it was fairly new when i read it. I think the title had a 2 in it but it wasn't the second of a series
