Editions combined. Neither has an ISBN/ASIN, so hesitant to merge.

There is only one edition, same date and same publisher.
It looks like there is an ebook and a paperback, though I can't see an ISBN for either. The correct thing in the case of more than one format is to combine them, as I have done.
