I'm really liking this. I love the connection between North and Isobel, they're good together. I really like her plan to rescue the hostages and I like that she just barreled right over North's objections.

The plan to save the Englishmen went off without a hitch, Isobel was fantastic in her role. I love that her and the duke admitted their feelings but what on earth has kept him away for the last month.

Ok I love that he basically fell apart without her and needed her to come rescue him from the dukedom. And I like that he's letting his sister run things since she wants to and enjoys it. Plus him needing to marry her immediately and doing so in the middle of a ball was great. Overall I really liked this one despite how long it took me to finish it.

I'm enjoying this so far. I wonder what exactly happened to Imogen and Ivy as it seems like they may have lived in a cult? And it seems like they were abused there. I like Drew's character and her reason for doing what she does is admirable. Lachlan seems clueless so far.

Go figure Drew went and did the thing she just told Imogene not to do. The connection between Drew and Lachlan is nice and now it seems like they're going to have to marry. That should make Drew teaching the girls interesting.

I'm not too sure about these two together. They have a nice connection but they're so awkward with each other. Hopefully that will get better now that they're married. The whole smuggling thing Lachlan is trying to stop is interesting although I don't like that he's keeping it from Drew.

I'm sorry but Drew's decision to go after Lachlan in a big storm was stupid. She didn't even have a fully thought out reason for doing it. And he was stupid for going without telling her literally right after he promised Drew they'd spend a full night together. Overall I did enjoy this but it was definitely my least favorite of the three.
