Welcome to HRBC's 6th Annual series reading challenge: Mad About series Challenge - 2023

Challenge yourself to read or finish as many Series as you like. The point is to see the series through, but where you begin for the challenge is up to you (for example, I'm starting #1 on one of my series and on book 3 of 4 for another because I've read the first 2).

RULES
- The Series read/completed from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022 will be counted.
- Series may have any number of books.
- Inclusion/Exclusion of Prequels ( i.e. #0.5, #0.6) is participant's choice.
- Choose a level and create a post in this thread to serve as your tracking post. Don't forget to keep them up to date. Feel free to provide your star ratings in the post as well.
- Participants can change their level at any time during the challenge.
- BOTM and other Challenge cross- overs are acceptable.

I am reading the Windham series. First 3 books are also called the Obsession Trilogy 4 to 8 books are also called The Duke’s Daughters.
So are they classed as 1 or 2 series??🤷‍♀️

Finished my first series for 2023 :) The Wicked trilogy by Madeline Hunter. I read all three books in January, and enjoyed them, although it's not my fav series by Hunter. They were still a decent read.

Not quite sure which series I'll tackle next.

Thanx Jan. Thing is that I get obsessed for a few months and I am reading like crazy but then something happens like a break up for example and I loose my concentration for months :(
I was so close to wining my reading challenge and my mad about series challenge last year.

Agreed. If the series is long or still has future publications, I frequently read some and then move to the following year. However, I LOVE reading series in order. I always add some novella series, trilogies, and quartets; so I always win! :)

Yay I finished my second series for the year, The Decadent Dukes Society by Madeline Hunter. I read the first book in this series way back in 2021! Finally got to the other two books this year LOL. It's not my fav series by this author, but it was still worth the read.
