TKAM is my choice for the Pulitzer category. I thought I had read this in school, but when I picked it up last week to reread I found that I could recall nothing from the story. While I did like the book, it would not be placed on top of my all-time best books list.

Yes,I was looking for a book to fill this category and I always wanted to read this book!I didn't know it was a Pulitzer winner, so I'm definetely gonna use this!
I finished this yesterday and I'm so glad I got around to read it! This is one of the books I wouldn't have read if not for this challenge. I absolutely loved it, the Finch family won me over from the start and Scout and Jem's adventures were a joy to follow. I will definitely pick up some of Harper Lee's other books!
I read this book for this category as well. None of my friends could believe that I had never read it before but it was never assigned to me in school so I never got around to it. I thought it was a slow start (but maybe that was because everyone built this book up so high) but I was definitely intrigued at the trial until the end. I can see why it won the Pulitzer and why it's a mainstay in the classroom.
