Please help me find a book

I read a book couple of months ago but I cant seems to remember the name now. The trope is a brother best friend/college romance. MC is selling drugs/weed to pay off his best friend debt with a drug dealer, that's the main reason he didn't want to start something with FC. In a effort to move on from the MC, the FC start seeing the drug dealer bad guy, she is unaware of his background. There is a part in the book where the FM dorm room get boomed(drug dealer is behind it)
