I didn't read both, but all my friends liked ITWU way more (and I read very bad reviews for Ugly Love I didn't read for ITWU), but it still depends on you and your taste.
i love it ends with us much much much more but ugly love was a good book too alot of ppl actually hate miles but he's misunderstood.
