I am really only a little way into this book, but the initial chapter where the MC is (view spoiler)[mean to the dog was really off-putting to me (hide spoiler)]. I might have to wait till I'm in a better head-space to read this one.

Looks like I'm not going to get to this one this month. But its been on my TBR for such a long time that I hope to get to it soon.

I did read it, but it was hard for me. Not bc the book was bad, but it was a bit dark for the mood I'm in this month. It was definitely interesting.
