Karen Hall I wonder what other peoples' favorite meditation or practice is? I love doing the Body Scan and the 3 minute breathing space is so useful. I love the compassionate acceptance meditation and sometimes struggle with the treasure of pleasure - pain can be a bitch when you're looking for pleasure. How about you guys?
