SOLVED. YA Scary Horror, Short Stories. Girl haunted by ghost while taking a bath. [s]

When I was probably 13, so lets say around 2005-2006, I picked up a book that had multiple scary short stories in it. There was only one story I would read from it. The story was about a girl who was being haunted by someone, the climax of the book was the main girl taking a bath and something red starts dripping into the tub while she's relaxing, she thinks it's rust, but she looks up and it's a ghost girl covered in blood. Later you find out that the main girl hit this other girl while driving home drunk and that's why she's being haunted. I remember it being a very simple read, so I think it was aimed at preteens and teenagers. I think I may have even checked it out of the school library.
