The Happy Reader - Issue 1 has 62 pages (not 64). I think the publisher is counting the endpapers as well? Also, the corresponding ISBN number with this issue is: 9780241196502 (not 9780241196507), which I think might be a typo? Many thanks in advance.

There was no ISBN-13 listed on this as of yet, but I've added it now.WorldCat agrees with the current pagecount of 64. We do include some endpapers. A list can be found here:

There is nothing left to read after page 62. I didn't realize the (inside & outside) covers of books were counted as well. Sorry. Oh well, WorldCat Gods have spoken. Thanks anyway.

Where "page 1" starts varies from book to book, but we usually take the count up to the last numbered page, minus preview chapters, but including any other pages that should be included.
As you've confirmed that it ends at 62, I'll update the pagination to 62, referencing here.
