Okay, so it's finally here. The reason why this took me so long, is because I was building the website parallel to creating the content :D

Now that that's behind us, we can talk about books, wine, and whatever else you guys want!

I'll go first and suggest the following:
A nice AOP CÔTES DU ROUSSILLON red wine (I myself drank a Chateau de L'Ou, 2019) pairs well with Confessions.

➡️ Both are complex, but oh so light at the same time.
