Kathryn (kkazoleas) | 4 comments Hi Everyone,
Just looking for some thoughts/experiencing with print on demand services as I'm hoping to get some paper copies to sell independently. Any favorites that you've used? I've looked into Amazon and Ingram but wondering if there are any other ones out there that anyone has had experiences with. I'm looking into Canadian ones as well.

Thanks so much!

Wmba Dams | 46 comments Check the back of old Writers Digest magazines for ads from better POD printers. Then check reviews online. There are a couple that looked good way back when I was considering it. They have likely changed since then so do check reviews.

Be careful as everybody with a copy machine was trying to be a POD printer to help pay for the rental on their expensive machine. The quality was all over the place so best to look at an entity that specializes in books not any and all printing.

Judith Geary (judithgearymsncom) | 21 comments I worked for a small publisher for 15 years. We started with traditional offset printing, but transitioned to POD when the technology for quality caught up. We used Ingram and Amazon and found that Amazon gave the best value for quality and cost.
