Sorry to start off with a negative comment:
The kindle edition of this book by a South African author could have been less than half the price if she'd published it herself - and she'd probably make twice the amount per copy! Traditional publishers are making a killing selling digital books, and not to the authors benefit. Disgusting!

I think this is a common issue. What bugs me is when books are published overseas and more difficult to access here.
