Daniel Manske I've just looked this book up, The Roots of National Socialism, 1783-1933 as referenced
in
Hayek, F. A. (2010-10-22). The Road to Serfdom: Text and Documents--The Definitive Edition (The Collected Works of F. A. Hayek, Volume 2) (p. 192). University of Chicago Press - A. Kindle Edition.
Just finished: The Rise of Hitler's Germany, Piekoff, another exploration of German socialist thought back to Kant. This philosophy seems to permeate the modern neoliberal world view. So, it's relevant today.
