dyanne Located right next to the training rooms, the basketball court/gymnasium is open all the time for both students who take P.E. and also those who want to engage in a "friendly" game of basketball after school hours. The walls, floor, ceiling, hoop, and balls are all power-proof.

mels (padmeskywalkers) Orville was pretty bored. He'd thought about coming to play basketball, but he'd forgotten of course that he was complete rubbish at basketball. As in complete rubbish. So that was out. So at the moment he was really just wandering around the room, being bored. Nothing more.

Astrid wore just her knee high capris and a tank top, making her shiver. She needed to practice this whole moving things around power of hers, and she may as well try it out further with some basketballs and hoops. She used her shoulder to push open the gym door, and stepping inside she realized she wasn't alone.

message 4: by mels (new)

mels (padmeskywalkers) He glanced over as the door opened, and started half-heartedly dribbling a ball to make it seem like he was doing something other that wandering aimlessly. Hey, this wasn't so bad... He just had to smack the ball whenever it came near his hand...

The boy didn't seem to have a natural touch to the ball, Astrid could tell just from where she was standing. He didn't look like he was enjoying it either. Biting her lip to keep from laughing aloud, she focused her eyes on the ball that the boy was bouncing and did her best to make it fly around in the air.

message 6: by mels (new)

mels (padmeskywalkers) "What the..." He wasn't this bad. No way. The basketball... Naw, he wasn't that bad. It was flying, or something! He looked at the girl who'd just entered suspiciously.

message 7: by [deleted user] (new)

She just smirked to herself, but her pale blonde side bangs fell into her eyes, hiding her mischievous twinkle. Walking past him, she entered the equipment room and walked deep into it before picturing the basketball and the boy in her mind and causing the ball to roll around the boys feet at a fast pace.

message 8: by mels (new)

mels (padmeskywalkers) He yelped as the ball began to roll around his feet, and began doing an awkward hug to try and avoid it rolling over his feet. He really didn't like these things... And yay was NOT natural. It must be the girl.

message 9: by [deleted user] (new)

Getting her own basketball from the equipment room, she dribbled it as she walked out. "Having fun, I see," She called out to the boy. But she had caused him enough trouble already, she may as well wait a few minutes.

message 10: by mels (new)

mels (padmeskywalkers) He continued with his weird jig, trying to avoid the wildly spinning ball. "Help!" He yelped. It had to be the girl, right? Right? Basketballs definitely didn't normally do that. So it had to be her!

message 11: by [deleted user] (new)

It was so funny watching the boy do his weird jig dance thing. It was enough amuse and entertainment to keep her satisfied for a day or two. She let the ball stop at a random moment.

message 12: by mels (new)

mels (padmeskywalkers) He yelled again, stumbling over the ball as it stopped suddenly (he'd been expecting it to keep moving), and promptly fell flat on his face.

message 13: by [deleted user] (new)

She clapped. "Bravo! Bravo! Encore!" She didn't say it in a mean or rude way, as mean or rude as it may have sounded, but instead in an amused mocking way which took out most of the possible hurt.

message 14: by mels (new)

mels (padmeskywalkers) He stumbled to his feet quickly, and after glaring at her for a few seconds (she did deserve it), but not allowing himself to get too mad, a grin spilt his face, and he bowed extravagantly.
