"Secrets of Scotland Yard" on PBS

PBS ran a show this morning called "Secrets of Scotland Yard". A lot of neat tidbits in there about the origins of the London police force and even a bit about the influence for Doyle's Moriarty. More than one nod in Doyle's direction.

Worth checking out if you can find it.

Saw it a couple of months ago. It wasn't too bad but do wonder about the accuracy of the information, because another in the series was full of mistakes,

I've seen it twice on TV. The bit about Jack the Ripper was interesting ie, how a horrific crime can change/improve the way police work.
